These terms govern your use of mc-uni.com and any services purchased from Muslim Content Coach ("MCC", "we", "us"). By using the website or booking a consultation, you agree to these terms.
1. Who we are
Muslim Content Coach ("MCC") is a content coaching service operated by Abid Kamal, trading as Muslim Content Coach. The business is registered as an enterprise in the United Arab Emirates.
MCC helps Muslim brothers in business grow with halal content.

2. The MCC 90-Day Sprint
The MCC 90-Day Sprint is a structured coaching program designed to help you build a content engine that compounds over time. The full program structure, schedule, deliverables, and investment are disclosed during the free consultation call and are not published on this website.
The program is fit-gated. Not everyone who books a consultation will be invited to join. The consultation is a mutual fit assessment.
3. Booking a free consultation
You may book a free consultation through the "Book Your Free Call" button on this site. The booking flow is operated by Calendly. Booking a call does not create any payment obligation; it commits you to attend the call and engage in good faith.
By booking, you consent to MCC contacting you via the channels you provided (email, phone) for the purpose of scheduling, preparing, and following up on the consultation.
4. The Money-Back Guarantee
Clients who enrol in the MCC 90-Day Sprint are eligible for a 100% money-back guarantee. To qualify, you must meet all three program conditions:
- Attend at least 80% of scheduled coaching calls.
- Complete every assigned task on time.
- Post consistently throughout the program, as instructed by your coach.
If you meet all three conditions and have not earned back your program investment within 90 days of your program start date, you may request a full refund. Refund eligibility is determined by reviewing call attendance, task completion records, and posting history. Decisions are made in good faith and based on documented program participation.
The money-back guarantee does not apply if any of the three conditions is not met.
5. No income guarantee
MCC provides coaching, frameworks, accountability, and feedback. We do not guarantee specific income, growth, or business outcomes. Your results depend on your own effort, market conditions, niche, content cadence, prior experience, audience response, and many other factors outside our control.
Testimonials and case studies presented on mc-uni.com are real but reflect the outcomes of our most dedicated clients who met all three program conditions. They are not typical or average outcomes.
6. Your responsibilities
By joining the MCC 90-Day Sprint, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information during enrolment and onboarding.
- Attend scheduled coaching calls.
- Implement assigned tasks in good faith.
- Not redistribute, resell, or publish course materials, recordings, or coaching content to third parties without written consent.
- Treat coaches, fellow clients, and staff with respect.
MCC may suspend or terminate your participation, without refund, if you materially breach these obligations.
7. Halal practice
MCC is built on halal-first principles. The frameworks, tactics, and strategies taught are designed to be compatible with Islamic ethics in business. Where there is ambiguity, clients are encouraged to consult their own scholars; MCC does not issue religious rulings.
8. Disclaimer
The information, frameworks, and coaching provided by MCC are for educational and informational purposes. MCC does not provide legal, financial, tax, medical, accounting, or investment advice. Decisions you make based on MCC content are at your own risk.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MCC's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of this website or the MCC program is limited to the amount you actually paid to MCC for the program.
MCC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or from your use of MCC services shall be brought before the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.
If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom, European Economic Area, or any other jurisdiction whose mandatory consumer-protection laws apply to your purchase, those laws continue to protect you regardless of this clause.
